A site-specific series of egg tempera paintings inspired by Troutbeck. The work draws on the legacy of Amy and Joel Spingarn, as well as the many thinkers who gathered on the historic property, reflecting Troutbeck’s role as a catalyst for social progress. Made with earth pigments derived from pebbles found near the property, the paintings depict clematis blossoms—symbols of diversity, aspiration, and intellectual growth.
